WELCOME TO AVALEIGH ELMS

Escape to a country hideaway on the Tablelands Way

If you are looking for a relaxing break in a rural setting, surrounded by hills and fresh country air, then Avaleigh Elms Farmstay is for you.  Our self-contained two bedroom cottage offers a cosy retreat. With its own garden and sunny patio, it is the perfect spot to plan your day.

Take the kids to meet and feed our friendly farm animals and then go further afield on our picturesque property to see lots of wild creatures, including many species of beautiful parrots, kangaroos, the occasional deer and possibly a passing wombat. Our countryside has gentle undulations and is perfect for a wander.

Our property offers a lovely climate all year round. In the middle of summer, escape the heat in this lovely part of the world. Winters can be pretty chilly, but a fall of snow makes a stay at Avaleigh Elms very special. Out in the crisp air of winter, or tucked up in front of the wood fire, our farmstay will see you refreshed and invigorated.

We look forward to welcoming you, and your pets, to Avaleigh Elms.

To all our dear past guests, Don and I will be closing our farmstay on January 3, 2022. After more than 25 years running a farmstay here and in the north west, we have decided it is time to call it a day.
Thank you for your kind support and please note that there are lots of different kinds of accommodation in and around our lovely Oberon. Just go to www.visitoberon.com/accommodation to see all the options.
